Although it is preferable to book ahead of time, the property will welcome you all year round from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., all holidays in May, and from July to September from Monday to Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The objective of these visits is above all educational; the aim is to introduce visitors to the particularities of the Sauternes appellation by explaining, in a simplified or more in-depth manner depending on the audience, the techniques for producing Sauternes, from the vines to bottling.
